The Hamilton Dream Center Food Bank


The food bank at The Hamilton Dream Center is open Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.


Tuesdays:

9:30am-1:30pm

For OW recipients: must live in the service area of Wellington St. to Parkdale Ave. and Cumberland Ave. to Burlington St.


Third Tuesday of each month:

4pm-6pm

For ALL working families and students living in Hamilton (the boundaries listed above do not apply).


Thursdays:

9:30am-1:30pm

For ODSP recipients: must live in the service area of  Wellington St. to Parkdale Ave. and Cumberland Ave. to Burlington St. 


Eligibility requires: rent receipts, photo I.D. for all family members, income statement(s) and proof of address.

​​​​​Winter Warm Up!   
The Hamilton Dream Center has collected winter coats and gear to assist you with this costly necessity.  Ask a volunteer for some to try on the next time you're in the Food Bank.  We will be offering this to clients starting November 1, 2016 this year.

FREE Income Tax Services

One evening per week in the month of March, The Hamilton Dream Center will be running income tax clinics for families and individuals living below the poverty line.
